These terms govern your use of Sharp, provided by Tachara LLC. By creating an account or using Sharp, you agree to them.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts or try to access someone else's.
• You can delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, copy or redistribute Sharp's questions, explanations or flashcards in bulk.
• Don't interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or bypass rate limits.
• Don't use Sharp for anything unlawful.

Content

Questions, explanations, flashcards and case studies on Sharp are original works owned by Tachara LLC and licensed to you for personal study. Answers you write remain yours; you give us permission to store and process them to provide the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sharp available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tachara LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Sharp.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Sharp and delete your account at any time.
